W and his compadre Alberto Gonzalez, worst AG this country has ever had. We need to haul their butts back before Congress. But W and Cheney refused to appear. Gonzalez appeared and had only one response---"I do not recall".

Ron.. you are right..under George W. Bushs "GunWalking Sting" the vast majority
of guns were lost as they entered Mexico. No arrest or indicments were made.
In 2009 under President Obama the DOJ reviewed" Wide receiver" and found that guns had had been allowed into the hands of gun traffickers. INDICTMENTS begn in 2010...
9 people were charged....1 charge was dropped....5 people pled guilty...1 person was arrested... 2 people remain fugitives.
It is terrible that anyone lose their life on the border or anywhere else. I do not believe President Obama and Eric Holder are keeping secrets..This current Republican congress is persecuting Eric Holder and the Obama adminstration for trying to clean up what
George Bush started. President Obama has been trying to clean up after the Bush presidency for 3-1/2 years.
Don't forget that mitt Romney has been running for president for 8- years.

Linda huston it was called wide reciever and was started in 2006 in the south west area with the full blessing of the ag and bush. It has a software program that allows all guns sold in the usa for the first time to be tracked. The bush people brought in police from mexico and other latin countries and showed them how to use the software. The software program was called E-Trace. I would guess it was being shared with the world for the so called war on terror by Bush and his DOJ. The wide reciever program allowed what they called strawmen gun buyers to get guns and then sell them to the gun trafficers and allowed them to be shipped out to mexico and other countries. Bush's people never arrested or had one person go to jail. Under this president before the program was stopped they had 10 people in jail for this. We all feel bad for the lost of the agent, but his death is being used for witch hunt and a way to harm this president. The tea baggers=gop hit man Issa wont call one bush offfical as this is nothing more that a witch hunt and the tea baggers=gop made it clean in 2010 that they would be too busy having phony investigations of this president and his people along with other phony ones to work on jobs for the American people. So when some gun nut screams that this president is attacking the 2nd amendment just tell him or her about E-Trace that Bush and his people started and that the program was stopped under obama's people.... The general idea was good, but it need the help of honest police officals and in many cases the officals in other countries are working hand in hand with the bad guys. Issa is a liar saying our relationship with mexico is in the dumpster because of this and the killings. The killings were going on long before wide reciever or fast and furious. WITCH HUNT IS THE ONLY WORDS THAT WORK FOR ISSA AND HIS HIT MEN!!!!!! The other part of the witch hunt is Issa is asking for information that is illegal to release even to congress. He knows this and is using this as his way of insulting this man and the president by him and other tea baggers=gop saying there is a cover up from the white house because the president did what gwb did 6 times stating his people were protected when rove and his bunch outed a cia agent.
Gee I guess Issa is saying what is good for the goose(bush and his bunch) in this case isnt good for the gander(the president and his people).

I wonder why the fact that Issa voted to send guns and military grade hardware to Mexico in 2008 was never brought up in these so called truth seeking hearings.
Might make a person think Issa and the GOP just want political gain. No that can't be it. The GOP wouldn't do such a thing. (unless the opportunity arose).
