The Supreme Court struck down most of Arizona's SB 1070 immigration law today. The court said Arizona's law was illegal, but more importantly the highest court in the land confirmed that states can only go so far before they step on the domain of the Federal Government. Rep. Raul Grijalva joins Ed to discuss it and says Arizona Governor Jan Brewer is "delusional" on immigration. Watch it.

Please if you people in AZ vote this person out dont send her back to california. She left the state most likely because she could get anybody to vote for her here.No understanding of the laws of this country as she has a high school education and to get a cert in any field you dont even get a 2 year degree. She is the wacky witch of the south west and I hope she stays they. The teabaggers=gop are the ones that stopped the dream act which was even endorsed by gwb when he was president, and the house passed it, but because of the rules of the senate these scum bags were able to block it and the idiot dems that voted against it should be kicked out of office. The president didnt fail the teabaggers=gop fail our country and their followers are too wacko to see they are lied too...

You think she's something, Jon Kyle R AZ, is talking Impeachment of President Obama. It must be too much sun or something in the water. There can't be that many idiots in AZ for no reason.

Simple math says they struck down 75% of the law, yet sunbaked claims victory! That's the way the pubs roll. What they 'won' is way watered down from what they wanted. Everything with the pubs is opposite day. I saw Rubio on Stewart last night. He plays the same game. Everything their party is, they accuse the Dems of being. He says Obama could have been a really different President, but.......

In other words, If Obama agreed with the other party 100% of the time, he'd get Rubes respect. These people are surreal.

I cannot wait for the cases to be brought up to SCOTUS regarding profiling on the upheld part of this law. I wonder what her press conference will sound like once SCOTUS shoots down the entire law.

Governor Pointy Finger's delusion goes hand-in-hand with her headless alien paranoia.
