Mitt Romney's Binders Full of Women
Posted by Big Eddie | Thursday, October 18, 2012

Mitt Romney stepped in it big time when he made his comments about having "binders full of women" in the Presidential debate, an answer that had nothing to do with the question he was asked about inequality for women in the workplace. Now, Ed has discovered Romney's story wasn't even true. And we still don't know where Romney stands on Lilly Ledbetter and pay equity for women. Watch it.

Pat I know that feeling of losing money and value in you home. I was nearing retirement on 911 and the first tax cut, and in 03 retired and second tax cut which didnt help me and others who worked 8 to 5. Then the crash hit in 08 and what money we had saved and didnt use to build our house here was hit and 1/3 gone and the vaule of our home went from a nice nest egg to a sinking boat. The value went down to near our mortgage. The mortgage isnt huge but when you had a good amount equity to see it go away is hard to take when you are retired and we were planning to try to buy a small lot in N. Carolina near our daughter, son in law and grand kids. We figured we could build a small two bedroom house if we needed to and move to be near them. Now we cant afford to sell our house here as houses are still being sold below market price due to the banks taking them over and under cutting the true value of the home. With retired people we dont have the income to rebuild our savings and home value so most likely as my wife puts it we will die in this house because there is no way we cant afford to move. The people like romney and gwb they wont ever have to worry about this in their old age.. romney is only two years younger that me and he isnt worring about his furture.

God, I wish it was Nov 6, then all the crap would be over, and since I have all ready voted, do you know how hard it has been for me to keep my sanity?

And enough of the GOP whining about Candy Crowley and the debate. You LOST. GET OVER IT! The President took his licks and came back a new man from the first debate and did not blame the moderator. What is your excuse?? Then when Biden won the VP debate they complained about the moderator again. Jesus, the GOP are the biggest bunch of whiny ass spoiled brat babies I have ever seen!

And another thing, the families of the slain men in Libya pleaded with the Romney campaign to drop the Benghazi issue and begged them to stop using their loved one's deaths to score political points. The Romney campaign said it would honor their wishes.

Then what did they do??? Doubled down, came after the President like a rabid dog on this very issue in the debate. Way to go Romney, and we're supposed to believe you when you say you care about the middle class.

Ok..............I am rrreeeallly pissed now!!! The corporate plutarchs, (Koch), that crazy timeshare guy and all those other old white rich geezers are now saying that the Citizens United ruling protects them from legal action if they tell their employees who to vote for.

They are not just telling their employees who to vote for, they are blackmailing them and threatening their jobs!! That also constitutes a "hostile work environment" and harrassment!

It also constitutes discrimination. What if you support Obama because of women's issues??

They didn't get their way suppressing the vote so now they are going after you on your job??? Excuse me but how many of these asshole bosses are Democrats???? Uh, I count none! What the hell kind of country is this becoming anyway??

We can now call the President of the United States lazy and stupid, we can bully him in a public debate format, we can call him "foreign" and "unAmerican", and we can now threaten a person's job because of who they vote for.

I don't recognize this country anymore!!! This is a CANCER growing on the American dream and on American society. It's time to shut these people up for good on election day!

Woman in a Bind under the Romney Plan:

I Mitt misspoke.........he really meant woman in a bind.......

With a Mitt Presidency we are heading towards George W. Bush...........at least with President Obama we are moving forward despite GOP Obstruction & Sabotage.......if the Radical Republicans would either do their elected job or just get out of the way!!!!!!!!!!!!

When the corrupt supreme court appointed W as president in 2000, our son told us to get our money out of the stock market and into bonds and the bank.. my son hates all things financial, so we didn't listen to him. W allowed 9/11 and our IRA was suddenly worth a third of what it was before. The 401k took the same hit. By the time W was finally out, we had come back a little, but 2008 was a killer and we lost 1/3 of the value of our home, wihich was part of our retirement investments. We didn't invest recklessly, we paid our bills, we worked hard and paid our taxes (more than 14% for sure) The crash wasn't our fault, it was W and his administration who were at fault. 9/11, tax cuts while starting two wars and an entirely new government department, sucking money like no tomorrow, a medicare part D scam, and, oh yes, another tax cut for the wealthy.

Three years of Obama and our 401k came back, it's now safely invested. Our house has come back a little, we could probably get more than we paid for it in 1999.Things are not as bleak as they were, but if this guy Rmoney is elected, we will take every dime and send it outside of the US. We are looking at Canadian banks. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.. Remember W? He couldn't even say that!

TAX THE RICH and don't wait for the Rmoney crash!!
