Ron mainstream media has their marching orders from the CIA, they will never ever report any hard truths. Watergate was the last we will ever see of that. Like I have always said, they spent 50 million on investigating Clinton in the Starr Report, and only 5 million investigating 9/11. They really had no plans to investigate anything regarding 9/11 because they already knew the story. These network reporters are handed their scripts and told what to say, or be fired. Alot of the things the banksters were up to was well known by the high and mighty in the media, but their first allegiance is not to the media, it is to the corporation.
President Kennedy in his speech on secret societies said that the media was the only business in this country that had Constitutional protection. That was done for a reason. But our Constitution has been literally shredded in corporate offices all over America. No one cares about us anymore, we are pretty much on our own. Our legislators sold out, our Supreme Court sold out for the most part, There are but a handful left that are really trying to do the work of the people.
I don't know why the military doesn't turn on the GOP given what has transpired since 9/11. So they go and fight for our freedom so we can continue to lose our freedoms one by one, and our country and its economy is now in the hands of 1%?? I don't think that is what those soldiers thought they were fighting and dying for.

All of these people should be in prison! Why they have not been charged is completely beyond me and to make matters even worse some programs are still having Dick Cheney on their programs to spread his creepy views.
They are criminals and murderers. When will they be held accountable?

The entirety of 9/11 and its aftermath was born in a document called Project for the New American Century that came from a neocon thinktank. It was authored in 2000 by Jeb Bush, Paul Wolfowitz, Donald Rumsfeld and others.
The key phrase in this document was "a new Pearl Harbor". All the neocons decided that after Clinton we had to flex our military muscle because there just weren't enough wars going on. The document basically stated that the American people had become too complacent and that we needed to be shocked into submission.
And the rest is history. You have to ask yourself exactly what did they mean by "new Pearl Harbor". It's not a stretch to figure that out.

If there was any real justice in this Country, Cheney and Co. would be in jail, period.They sold this country down the river and cost us thousands of lives. I think the problem with Dr. Strangelove is he actually believes his own bullshit he's been spewing it so long. I'll give Bush credit for knowing when to shut up. Media whores like Cheney and McCain never will as long as you put a camera in front of them.

I agree with all of you. Cheney and Bush, (Mostly Cheney), lied BIG time to the American people. I blame Cheney most of all. He made sure his company, Halliburton, got most of the contracts in Iraq, so he made a huge haul off that war! And he probably is still making a big haul off of the Afghanistan war. The big war profiteers are making money off of the war. They all have connections to the TeaPublicans. I, too, am glad that Rachel Maddow will be exposing the truth of what Cheney and Bush and their cronies would like to keep hidden. It makes me sick to think of all the lives, thousands of them, of our precious soldiers who died, not for freedom, or to free the Iraqi people, but so the wealthy in this country could make huge profits! Cheney, Bush, and all who conspired with them to lie to the people, have lives of those soldiers to answer for. And, if not in this world, they WILL have to answer for them when they stand before the judgement seat of God. They won't be able to lie their way out of it there!!!!! I agree, Cheney and Bush, and the whole GOP bunch "have their bloody fingerprints all over this sad event". What these men did is criminal and they should be tried for war crimes against the US! I don't know any good reason why they should get by with this!! Just because they're wealthy, doesn't excuse them from the reality of what they did! They should PAY for what they did; NOT with money, but in another way!

I would like to add something I was thinking about is how the media helped sell this war to the people. The rating game was the driving force for the media running story after story about the wmds and how the people of Iraq were being abused by the government.
Bush was never the president but cheney was the driving force that was leading the government. Cheney knew bush wanted to go after this guy and he made it happen so bush would keep him on the pay roll and so he could make even more blood money.
The misguided patriotism that these men lied to create is still running rampant today with many who wont believe that they were lied to by bush and cheney. We see it with the idiots running around with the tea bags hanging off their tri fold hats. These people cant get it they were used then and they are being used now. The nra is using them, the corporate people and wealthy are using them, and the raidcal religious people are using them, and all these people are just using these idiots' patriotism against them. I know that some will be saying lies lies lies and the wmds are hiden and the Iraq people that were supporters have them and are waiting to attack and regain control now that we are leaving for good. because of the muslum lead from behind president I am tired of all the flag waving and consitution qouting from the right now and even 10 years ago. I no longer fly the flag as I did for years before 9/11 as I feel that with all the fake patriotism that seems to be the norm today I just cant. If people are real patriots they would question the government and do it with reason, and dont follow blindly when the facts dont support the actions of the government..
